This website's epigraph is from Warren Weaver (and Claude Shannon), “The Mathematics of Communication,” Scientific American, vol. 181, no. 1, 1949, pp. 11–15. Claude Shannon was instrumental in establishing the information age.
I host this site for free on Netlify. In addition to serving the files you see when you View Source, I wanted the site to earn a perfect score in the Mozilla Observatory, which meant creating a Netlify _headers file:
